I edit trivia quizzes for Reader’s Digest each month and occasionally write one myself. This one was a Canada-Day special:

But more typically, the quizzes are translated into other languages and published in multiple countries, so they need to truly embody the “general” in “general knowledge”:

Hi! I’m a content writer, journalist and editor with graduate-level training and over a decade of full-time experience producing materials for national and international audiences.

I believe that nearly every topic is interesting under the right lens. Some stories practically tell themselves, which is always a pleasure, but I’ll gladly take on the challenge of turning something complex or seemingly dry into into a stylish and accessible read.
